The room was always cleaned perfectly-except for the WC and available with a balcony. I appreciated that the food for breakfast was fresh. The location was unbelievable and super, close enough to the beach, fab boardwalk along the sea and public bus to old town Dubrovnik as well as the old town is madness.

Truly enjoyed the place, had a great stay on a business trip. The location was amazing on the coast. Further, it was very close to fab boardwalk along the sea, everything, including the bus to the old town and kid-frienldy activities. I had modern and huge double room. A bath in the private bathroom was a plus.

It was fairly clean, the staff was courteous and polite, plus the service was helpful. The location was amazing and fantastic, short walk to taxi's, and bus at the top of road, the Old Town in ten minutes and cafe nearby. The food was appetising.

Great location, close to beaches and public transport to city center. The staff were nice and helpful. Our room had a balcony overlooking a pedestrian area. Despite some minor issues with the bathroom, our stay was pleasant overall. Breakfast could be improved, but it was sufficient. I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Dubrovnik.

Staff were very polite and helpful and that is about it.
Apartment consisted of just 2 rooms connected by a small 1^2 m corridor. The shower was poor. The food in the hotel itself was appalling... do not eat there! We had some of the soup and it was very clearly cheap packet soup - without enough water added to it.

the staff very very helpful and the breakfast was good we also had a meal in the hotel which was excellent and the waiter was very helpful
the hotel needs a bit of updating as the shower was broken but they did fix it straight away
